ART BASEL 2024 PROJECTIONS

Within this document, you will find three separate scope and budget packages, so you can find what suits your project best.

These are budget ranges based on commonly projected surfaces. Exact pricing will change dramatically depending on factors like distance, angle, brightness, width, ambient light, height, power, and many other things. Once a budget range is nailed down, we will begin creating quotations on a location by location basis.

Please note, there will be other costs not estimated here, such as 24 hour security, venue rental costs, costs for rental in adjacent buildings and lots, and reliable wireless internet for streaming.

Considerations

A general idea of the options

  • Baseline

    ~$20,000
    per location

    This package includes a large rectangular projection on a single solid surface, a few stories tall.

  • Midrange

    ~$35,000
    per location


    This package includes a large projection from multiple angles, onto one solid surface up to 6 stories tall. This would have the intention of projecting on the entire building height, without the bottom floor.

  • High End

    ~$60,000+
    per location


    This package is a ballpark for a 10 story single side projection. This would include separate projectors at heights that vary, and would be placed at locations around to make the projection effective.

    Once you’ve selected one of the options above, and have established your quantity of locations, we can move into venue feasibility and selections.

    In order to do this, we would need to schedule site visits, and logistical conversations. There are many variables that effect projection and can impact budget that we would like to catch early on in the process.

    Each location will vary in cost due to changes in elevation, shape, size, and distance. This means they’ll each need their own quotations. After gathering all these details, we will send accurate cost estimations.

  • Execution

    Once quotes have been approved, we will begin working closely with the team on building out on-site production schedules, and logistic co-ordination.
